Refund & Returns Policy (Digital Ebooks)
Digital items (ebooks) are not returnable once delivered.
All ebook purchases are final due to the instant, non-revocable nature of digital downloads. We deliver ebooks via BookFunnel immediately after purchase.
If you need help accessing your ebook
If you didn’t receive your download email or can’t open the file, we’re happy to help you get access on your device(s).

BookFunnel support: the download page includes device-specific help and a support link.

Or contact us at info@emiliahartley.comand we’ll re-send your link or provide an alternate format (ePub, Kindle, PDF where available).
Accidental duplicate purchases / wrong item

Duplicate charge or duplicate copy: we’ll refund the duplicate.

Wrong title purchased: if you have not accessed the BookFunnel link yet, we can swap the title or issue a refund.
Pre-orders
You may cancel a pre-order any time before the ebook is delivered (before your BookFunnel link is sent). After delivery, the digital-item rules above apply.
Unauthorized or fraudulent purchases
If you see a charge you didn’t authorize, contact your bank/card issuer and email us at info@emiliahartley.com We’ll investigate and resolve where possible.
EU/UK digital-content rule (14-day cooling-off)
For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom: by choosing immediate digital delivery, you expressly consent to receiving the ebook right away and waive your 14-day withdrawal right once download or streaming begins. If you do not access the download link within 14 days, you may request a cancellation and refund.
Physical items (if applicable)
Physical merchandise (paperbacks, swag, etc.) follows our standard returns policy for physical goods. Digital ebooks are excluded from returns.
